Dr. Calloway has over 30 years of experience in education, behavioral health, special education, parks and recreation, and state and international government. She is former educator, administrator, and organizational leader and has used these experiences to transition into local school system, nonprofit, and for-profit organizational leadership. Specializing in education consultation and business development she has a passion for advocacy, accreditation and compliance, and taking organizations to new and next levels. With an extensive background in special education and working in behavioral health this work has transitioned into meaningful work and engagement in assessment, social emotional health, and trauma informed environments. Some of her professional responsibilities have included leadership of large education and healthcare facilities, spearheading strategic planning and expansion projects, and implementation of staff recognition and professional development.  

Dr. Calloway holds a Doctor of Education in organizational leadership and higher education leadership from Nova Southeastern University.  She also has a Master of Education in special education and a Bachelor of Science in physical education and mass communication.  Dr. Calloway has experience as a general and special education teacher, supervisor of instruction, director of education, and principal in K-12 education, an assistant director internationally, and an executive director for several organizations. She has served on multiple accreditation and compliance engagement reviews for K-16 domestic and global schools, school systems and corporations. Dr. Calloway is an avid traveler and is excited about taking these experiences into the short-term travel and real estate development industries. She now finds purpose facilitating inspiration and collaboration for important aspects of our daily lives. Whether its how we travel, develop or expand our organizational presence, her creativity and passion is brought to each project.
